1. Acceptance

By browsing the site or requesting a subscription, you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Newsletter and access

You must provide an email address you control and confirm the received link. An active subscription grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view exclusive content.

You may unsubscribe anytime. Unsubscribing stops future messages and may end private access. You may subscribe again through a new confirmation.

3. Downloads and ARC copies

PDF samples, EPUB files, press kits, and ARC copies are provided only for their stated purpose. Reading downloads are personal and non-transferable.

Receiving an ARC does not require a review or a favorable opinion. You may not redistribute the copy, publish embargoed material, or disclose content expressly identified as confidential.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, characters, chapters, images, designs, and other materials belong to Sebastian Nord or are used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, sell, use them to train systems, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Permitted use

You may not bypass access controls, share private links or cookies, automate extraction, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity.

6. External purchases

Amazon and other distributor links lead to independent services. Their prices, availability, payments, delivery, returns, and terms are controlled solely by the relevant provider.

Future direct EPUB sales may add purchase terms before payments are accepted.

7. Availability and changes

Materials, dates, and features may change during development. We may correct errors, suspend areas, or withdraw access for security, breach, or service closure.

8. Liability

The site is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed and indirect loss arising from use or external services is excluded.
